For over the past ten years, Northbay Automotive has been our go-to mechanic shop of choice. Don is constantly engaging and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. The work is done timely and well. Whenever a product has needed the use of a warranty they have handled it quickly and efficiently without complaint. On occasion’s, due to their full schedule or unavailability of a mechanic, it has taken a few days to get our car in to be serviced. I recommend northbay Automotive North Bay automotive.

I had a regular service done on my 88 GMC pickup as well as a recharge of my air conditioning. The shifter cable needed adjustment and a new brake light. All performed properly and efficiently.
