This was warranty work done to fix a strut problem done originally by a shop in San Diego - Northbay did a timely job of acquiring the parts and was able to accomplish the job while I waited, NO CHARGE. This, despite the fact that they were down on staff due to the triple whammy every one is experiencing now - covid, RSV and the flu. They still did the job in less time than they had estimated. I will be using these guys from now on for all wheel strut and brake work on my Mazda3. Great job. Integrity. Timeliness. The car feels great. Totally satisfied. Did I mention the no charge part? This, despite the original work done elsewhere!
