I ended up having my car here for nearly two months, but I don’t think it could have possibly been in better hands. First time was for a head gasket replacement, for which they re-machined the factory headers to a perfect fit, and they also replaced the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat while they had the engine apart- things the car needed badly. The second time the throttle body needed to be replaced, and I was not charged for labor due to unusual circumstances where they weren’t sure if they had caused the issue during the gasket repairs. The third time the turbocharger went bad, and rather than brushing it under the rug or deflecting, they owned up to it and didn’t charge me a penny to replace it. Serious credit to Don, who was incredibly helpful. I was consistently impressed by his honesty, thoroughness, and transparency. As arduous as the last couple months have been for my car, these interactions were more than enough to cement my trust in this shop and these people.
