I returned to North Bay Auto after a couple of years of going elsewhere, having left for no specific reason except thinking maybe the dealer would know more about my vehicle than an independent. WRONG! Glad to be back, as it's very nice to actually see the person who handles the details (Don) know who I am and the history of my repairs.

Another vehicle, another day, same GREAT service and experience. It simply doesn't get any better or easier!!

When we brought the vehicle in for a routine service, Don and the technician determined that brake service and sparkplugs were necessary as well. With 105,000 miles on this vehicle, it operates like new and we know we can count on many more miles of service from the vehicle and the staff at North Bay...by the way, the vehicle was ready when promised.

I don't know about anyone else, but my headlight lenses have gotten so bad over time I didn't realize how much I wasn't seeing. During a routine service Don told me about this new service that Northbay Automotive has and then sold me on the benefits. Amazing is all I can say, again I simply didn't know how bad they were until Dons crew took care of them for me.
