Just plain good service .... thank you!

I was having trouble with my 2001 Volvo over the weekend and decided to stop into Northbay Automotive early Monday morning. Without having called in advance, I had no idea how soon my car would be fixed and back on the road, but Don had always been so helpful and accommodating in the past so I thought I'd give it a try. Sure enough, Don took my car that morning, had a diagnosis a few hours later, ordered parts, and had me back on the road that afternoon. He kept me in the loop throughout, always being very up front about costs and timing. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better result - my car is now running great! It's such a relief to find an automotive shop you can trust. I will certainly be back - but hopefully not for a while!

I left the Bay Area many years ago. I used to bring my cars to Northbay Automitve and was really pleased to find them still in business and still owned and operated by Mike and his crew. don made me feel very welcome and was ber accommodating to my schedule. I'm happy to find things unchanged.

I have been a loyal Northbay customer for over five years now. They have helped me nurse a high-milage Honda Accord (239,450 when I sold it this year.)along and are now taking care of my "new" (104,000+) Honda Civic. This week they did the timing belt, water pump, and timing belt idler for me. Their work is always of the highest quality. Don Reid and his crew always take good care of me. As a bus commuter to the City I really appreciate the Early Bird/Night Owl service that allows me to drop the car off very early in the morning and pick it up when I get home. As a final comment, I don't know any other shop anywhere that routinely adjusts the air pressure in your tires (including the spare) before they return it to you. Again, don't take your care anywhere else!

Northbay Automotive is great. The staff are really friendly and accomodating. I never have to wait for an appointment and they are always great about recognizing my time constraints. The work is completed on time, every time. Thanks!

I've always had good service from Northbay Automotive. The fact that my older automobile never breaks down during family road trips tells me that they are doing a good job in noticing anything that is in need of repair, and then seeing to it that my car is kept in reliable shape.

We needed our air conditioning fixed, and Northbay made an appointment the same day. They gave us a quote and then called with a cost of the repair so we knew what to expect. Their customer service was very good... professional, kind and prompt. I would heartily recommend them to anyone needed prompt work on their car.
