I was impressed by the fast and friendly attentive service. The next day I got an e-mail listing the next suggested repairs with quotes and the suggestions were prioritized by the mechanic so I can budget to have them done over the next several months. I have never had such clear and honest service before!

I am always impressed when I take my Tahoe to Northbay Automotive. They not only have fast-friendly service, but are honest and accurate in assessing what needs to be done. I don't feel sold, or unintelligent in the process. I've never trusted an automotive shop the way I trust Northbay Automotive.

I just moved to Petaluma and did not want to take my Jeep to a dealer. I found Northbay Automotive listed in the Yellow Pages as a Certified Jeep repair shop and called. They were friendly, courteous and said to come in right away, which I appreciated so very much. They had my Jeep repaired and me on my way in 30 minutes! Don the Service Manager is especially wonderful, friendly and professional. He updated me every minute on the diagnosis and fix for my car's problem. They definitely have a customer for life! A BIG thanks to everyone at Northbay for taking such great care of me and my Jeep :)
