I was looking for a reliable, professional shop to do some work on my 91-year old father’s car, which had some deferred maintenance issues. A relative, longtime customer, told me about NorthBay. Wow. From first contact to final resolution, a new customer, done and completed. Great communication, information, flexibility. As I told Don when the car was ready, you get all our business. Bottom line: Father was even thrilled! Something hard to do.

I had a great experience with Northbay Automotive. My car had to be towed to a AAA approved shop. I had no experience with them before. They were incredibly friendly and a fixed my car quickly and at a more-than-fair price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent. I first scheduled a date. I left my vehicle, a 2002 Chevy S-10 truck, the night before the scheduled date. There is a blue box to right of the entrance door containing envelopes. Fill out the info on a envelope and put our keys it. Drop the envelope in the slot to the right of the blue box in the roll up door. I did this and my vehicle was ready for pickup on the scheduled date. The people are kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. Mark explained everything accomplished, and answered all my questions and offered recommendations on future maintenance. I've been going to Northbay Auto for a few years. My 21 year old truck run still runs like new and I've never been disappointed.
