Always, excellent service!

Broke down with a bad clutch, had my car towed while checking reviews online in a pinch. After arriving at the shop, customer service was professional and courteous. Repair seems good, can’t really tell but it runs great. Was told the repair will be warranted to 2 years. Labor cost flat fee, which seemed a bit high. Did comparison price at my local shop and found their rate to be within a couple hundred bucks so rather than move the car, I decided to have NorthBay do the work. Please with how easy they made the process, got me in and out in 2 working days. Thank you!

Money is tight so when my 2012 Kia Soul broke down I was nervous. North Bay Automotive examined the car and gave us a quote. They completed the work the next day and it came in under budget. I now have the mechanic I’ll keep coming back to.
