Asked for Oil Change and Tune Up to get ready for a road trip from Petaluma to Seattle, WA and back. Don & the guys at Northbay made sure my Bronco was in perfect running order, and recommended my tires w 3/32" tread remaining be replaced before heading over those passes. Rates were fair and they kept me in the loop during the service process ("what we're gonna do", then later "what we did, what we found, and what we recommend.") Car was ready when they said it would be and they applied my AAA discount without having to be asked or reminded.

I found Northbay Auto via Google and could not be happier with the service! Friendly, professional, affordable, prompt service, easily navigated website with online scheduling feature... all around a great experience! I definitely would recommend it to anyone!

My wifes powersteering went out in her car, we towed it to Northbay Auto and he took a look at it right away. He then told me that it didn't need a new pump, just some fluid.

Prompt efficient service & very nice staff. Don is great. So far the car is running well. We won't hesitate to bring our vehicles here again if we have service needs in the future. Highly recommended.

Don and his staff do a wonderful job of servicing my vehicles. They are courteous, accurate in their diagnosis and repairs with a fair price. They have always been willing to do the service and diagnostics I have requested. Great bunch of folks.
