I found Northbay Automotive on the internet. I called, spoke to Mike about my leak in the Camshaft plate. Mike told me they would fix the leak and have the car ready the very same day. As advertised, the car was fixed, no more leak! The best part, Smothers Volvo wanted to charge me $500.00 for the same repair that Northbay Auto. did for $167.00.

As newcomers to this area we didn't know where to have our cars serviced. A web search for Volvo repairs pointed us to Northbay Automotive. What a great find! We've now had two of our cars serviced there and have nothing but raves for their work. Don is a genuine delight to deal with -- such a pleasant guy and very clear. His technicians are knowledgable & provide quality workmanship. I've got to say, we're very pleased and so happy to have found Northbay.

This is what real service is about. I was in an out for a service that took 2 hours and cost twice the price at Lexus of Marin, i am so happy that I foun Northday Automotive.

I had asked for multiple maintenance items to be done, and after researching my vehicles history, Don informed me that most had been done already.almost a year ago. So it ended up as just an oil change. As they always do when they perform oil changes they looked the car over completely to make sure that it is as reliable as possible. Because Northbay Automotive does all my vehicles services, it needed nothing additional, so I was on my way. Quick, efficient and reliablethey know what great customer service is!

Place was highly recommended by 2 different friends; As a single woman I am always concerned about getting ripped off. I drove by and got an estimated, They scheduled me within 2 days. Manager was very polite and said he had worked there for over 15 yrs. the mechanics had been there quite a few years. The place had a good vibe...clean & organized. They used a quality replacement (Bosch) so I was happy.. They finished it early the same day. Filled up my tires which I like and I was off and running. They also checked a rattle for me for free. I will go there again.
