Still can't say enough great things about Northbay Automotive! Their service is top notch, friendly, and efficient!

As always, professional service. I do wish they would continue putting the "next service" sticker on the windshield with their phone number however my car does have a popup screen when due for next service.

I brought my truck in for service expecting it to be there all day and was pleasantly surprised when Don told me it was done early. The team @ Northbay Automotive never cease to amaze me with their professionalism and workmanship.

Don and his crew are always prompt and courteous. They call when they say they will, they have the car completed when they say they will, and their prices are more than fair. Don is so good with his clients that you shouldn't be surprised to bump into him downtown somewhere and have him remember your name.

Engine acting up...in for 95K service...determined that the spark plugs needed replacement (due at 100K) and the engine issue was due to a coil failure...back on the road the same day.

Asked for Oil Change and Tune Up to get ready for a road trip from Petaluma to Seattle, WA and back. Don & the guys at Northbay made sure my Bronco was in perfect running order, and recommended my tires w 3/32" tread remaining be replaced before heading over those passes. Rates were fair and they kept me in the loop during the service process ("what we're gonna do", then later "what we did, what we found, and what we recommend.") Car was ready when they said it would be and they applied my AAA discount without having to be asked or reminded.

I found Northbay Auto via Google and could not be happier with the service! Friendly, professional, affordable, prompt service, easily navigated website with online scheduling feature... all around a great experience! I definitely would recommend it to anyone!
