Northbay did us a great service - Oilstop had advised that our oilpan gasket was leaking and should be relaced. Northbay quickly checked it out and said it was just typical road grime and slight weaping, the gasket did not need replacing, so they tightened all fastners and returned it. Northbay only charged a minimal inspection fee.

I have taken my car to Northbay Automotive twice. I received excellent service on both occasions. They keep in touch, they get you in and out, they're friendy, and they don't gouge you. I would recommend them anytime and plan to go back when I need other services.

It was a good job but, I could have used a tire rotation. How much extra would that have been?

You've been great with my entire family; my son and my wife have been treated extremely fairly and that is not typical when dealing with car repair. You've got our business for all of our cars. After a jump from the tow truck I was able to drive the mile to Northbay. Don Reed assigned John to take a look immediately, although they had other vehicles before me. Testing proved a dead battery; they had the appropriate one in stock, John installed it and had to attach new contacts as the old ones were very corroded, and I was out of there within a half hour. The cost was fair, even if not in my budget, but that's not Northbay's fault!
