My truck had an engine problem and was towed to the shop. Don called me to tell me the bad news that there was a problem with a valve and it would be expensive to fix. Because it was over the Thanksgiving holiday, it took a while to get fixed. But when I got it back, it was working great and had all the normal maintenance done AND it was under the quote by $600.00. YEAH!!! THANK YOU!!!

Northbay quoted much lower than the competitor. Work came in at the price quoted without any suggested add-ons, and the job was done quickly and when they said it would be. Overall a good experience!

They are, hands down, the place to go in Petaluma.

Read my Yelp review for the full story of my years of experience with NbA. This time, my fuel pump went out in Novato at 1pm on a Friday. While waiting for the tow, I called NbA to inquire about getting my car back prior to the end of day. Once at NbA, they determined that it was indeed the fuel pump, ordered the pump prior to day's deadline, and had the old pump removed before I had even finished with the tow driver. I not only got my car back within a couple hours, it cost less than they had quoted me, which actually seems to be the norm at NbA. You could not pick a better shop.
