This is the 4th time I've gone to Northbay for work on my car; the first time was for smog work, the second for replacement of the water pump, the third time I couldn't get my driver-side door to open (I was getting in and out through the passenger door - what a pain in the...)and this last time they replaced a back bumper that someone smooshed. EVERY SINGLE TIME they've been a joy - they always do a fabulous job and take really great care of me and my car! Thank you Northbay!

Excellent-The service was great. Don informed me that I needed new front brakes, which they installed the same day in a very short time. As always they keep me informed as to what's needed, and do not do anything not required. This is much appreciated since we are seniors existing on a very tight budget. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.

The ABS light and the brake light continue to flash on. I had hoped that the fluid check would help. I need to reschedule again soon.
