I had my Honda Cr-V towed to the shop on Wednesday evening. I received a call the next morning with the "diagnosis" and costs involved. My car was fixed and ready to go before noon. I have trusted these guys with my vehicles for 19 years and they have never let me down. I had to have my car towed to them over the weekend, yet I was good to go again by Monday afternoon. I would not go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Last spring on a trip to California my transmission started going out in Truckee. Somehow I got it down the hill to Petaluma where my son-in-law recommended Northbay Automotive. I took it there, they ordered a new transmission and it was all back together in time for my trip home. While the transmission was pulled, the discovered a tooth missing in my starter motor flywheel, something I had been having difficulty with but had not mentioned to the mechanic. They pointed it out, I got that fixed too, and my car's been running like a top ever since.
