I had to have my car towed in off the freeway and left it overnight after filling out a form and leaving a key. Early the next morning I heard from Don at Northbay Automotive that they were booked and they would get to my vehicle as soon as possible. I drove by later and they had done the diagnoses and came to the conclusion that my ignition module was fried and they could replace it, I agreed with the cost and got my car back the next night. Totally grateful for their experience and professionalism. They receive the highest score from me and I will recommend them to anyone.

This shop is awesome..

Been meaning to give N. Bay Automotive an off the charts positive review for sometime. Always great service. My battery died late in the day down in Fairfax. After getting a jump, I showed up at N. Bay without an appointment and they replaced the battery in no time. Been going to these guys for a few years and have no reason to consider changing shops.
