Great Timely Service.

We really like this Northbay Automotive; friendly and professional. They call us to inform us of any repairs that need to be done. No up-selling. In fact, today I found out that the battery is hidden behind a panel and the date of install can't be seen. Together, we determined that there is a strong possibility that the battery is 8 years old; meaning that it's probably the original battery. I suggested that it might be a good idea to install a new one.

They did an awesome job, they were able to fit my car into their schedule right away because of the of the nature of the issue with my car. They have consistently been very Professional and great to work with for many years.

As usual, you all did a awesome job in fitting me in with an unexpected issue. You take such good care of our vehicles.
