My car (a 1990 Mercedes) broke down in heavy traffic on Thanksgiving afternoon. AAA towed the car to Northbay Automotive. When I spoke to Don several days later (after their holiday closure) he said the problem was a disconnected cable which they fixed and the car was ready to go. The cost was so low I couldn't believe it the first time he said it. I knew nothing about this business before now and didn't know what was in store for me. Needless to say I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank You!!
