Last spring on a trip to California my transmission started going out in Truckee. Somehow I got it down the hill to Petaluma where my son-in-law recommended Northbay Automotive. I took it there, they ordered a new transmission and it was all back together in time for my trip home. While the transmission was pulled, the discovered a tooth missing in my starter motor flywheel, something I had been having difficulty with but had not mentioned to the mechanic. They pointed it out, I got that fixed too, and my car's been running like a top ever since.

Excellent service on my 2005 Tacoma. I will happily continue to use Northbay Automotive.

Brought our car in at 8 and they were finished by noon. 30,000 mile check up and the cost was less than from the dealer. The people are friendly and knowledgable. Will be going back!
