I couldn't be happier with the service. I had to have the Jeep taken in unexpectedly without an appointment (obviously!) for a major repair on a Friday. I expected to be without it for several days. I had it back early Monday morning. And I know they were short-handed that day. Again, I couldn't be more pleased. I've been using Northbay for several years now. There's a reason why. I've never been disappointed or dissatisfied with the service!
