I have been bringing my cars to Northbay Auto for many years. I have never been disappointed with their service. Yesterday was just another example of why I continue to bring my cars to Northbay. I needed to have my interior driver's side door handle fixed. Don had done some research ahead of time and ordered the door assembly needed to fix my door. Once they opened the door panel, they realized they could fix the door handle without the new door assembly. So, they sent the parts back and used their own skills and ingenuity to fix the door. The result was they fixed the door at a cost substantially less than originally estimated. Great job Mike, Don and team. It is very much appreciated!

Had the steering gear assembly replaced in my 88 GMC pickup. Had not noticed anything wrong but my mechanic told me it was time. After picking it up after the job was done, I was amazed how smooth and positive the steering is now. Fantastic work!
