My experience was Perfect! Oil change - check of fluids - recommendation on deferential fluid change and put my snow tires on! Friendly, great Communication and did not try to up sell me thousands of $$$ of stuff like the dealerships do! Will come back here forever and recommend to ALL!

Our car broke down while traveling through the area. North Bay auto was a recommended repair shop from AAA. Our car was dropped and they went to work on it immediately. It was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The billing was very reasonable. They stayed in contact with us and gave us relevant updates. In short, they followed through with the job and did everything they promised they would. Ryan at the front desk did a great job and even helped us find a near by car rental agency.

NBA went out of their way to work my vehicle into an already busy day. They performed and excellent service and even cleaned my floor mats. I appreciate them and their excellent work. Nice friendly people. I will be back.

The cost for a 60,000 mi tune up on my vehicle was not overly expensive. I could have easily been over charged for services and unnecessary repairs. I was not and everything was explained to me that was done and checked. Before doing any repairs or extra services I was asked for the okay before it was done. My car is running great!.
