My experience was Perfect! Oil change - check of fluids - recommendation on deferential fluid change and put my snow tires on! Friendly, great Communication and did not try to up sell me thousands of $$$ of stuff like the dealerships do! Will come back here forever and recommend to ALL!

Our car broke down while traveling through the area. North Bay auto was a recommended repair shop from AAA. Our car was dropped and they went to work on it immediately. It was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The billing was very reasonable. They stayed in contact with us and gave us relevant updates. In short, they followed through with the job and did everything they promised they would. Ryan at the front desk did a great job and even helped us find a near by car rental agency.
