I'm new to Petaluma, and had the perfect excuse to become established with a local mechanic when I ran over debris on the freeway and needed to have the engine shield removed/replaced. So glad I chose Northbay! They were responsive and clear with their pricing. They resolved my issue quickly, and at a fair price. Absolutely my new go-to mechanic.

The team was very nice and friendly! I came in with a dead battery and they were detailed, thorough, and transparent with what they were going to do. They wanted to test other things to be sure it was the battery and not another underlying issue, which I appreciated. The work was quick and affordable. Overall, my first experience with Northbay Automotive was great and I will definitely return whenever I need my car serviced in the future. Thanks!

NBA is wonderful! I had concerns about my breaks which they had worked on about 2 months prior. They got me in immediately and just refreshed the breaks and they are in excellent condition.

Great job on taking care of my Focus

Excellent service. Although one if my issues of a water leak was unsuccessful, their efforts to try after the second time shows true dedication to resolving my concerns. My other issue was very minor but provided above and beyond service to do additional tasks that would help ensure no future concerns. I’m pleased with taking my car here whenever I need help!

Amazing job again

I’m continually impressed by the people working at North Bay Automotive. Over the years they have all been consistently friendly, professional and helpful. I feel they are very fairly priced and their knowledge is excellent. They come through for me each and every time, including last minute requests for assistance. We are so fortunate to have found them all these years ago and hope we never have to use a different automotive center/garage!!HIGHLY recommend!

Quick service. Everything was still good so no work needed at this time. Service was excellent! Don was knowledgeable. Drives perfectly! Definitely recommend!
